Based on the decision of the IOF to suspend the orienteering federations
of Russia and Belarus due to their countries' role in the ongoing conflict
in Ukraine, competitors from Russia and Belarus are still not allowed
to compete in TORUS events under their country or clubs from these countries.
They can only compete as neutral athletes without country and club.
